I led the comprehensive development process for Margalit Startup City (MSC) in Tel Aviv, a flagship mixed-use project that serves as a global hub for technology and business. My role involved directing the project from early-stage concept through execution, ensuring strict alignment with international quality standards, budgets, and aggressive schedules. I managed multidisciplinary teams and oversaw complex tender processes, including the evaluation and selection of key contractors and consultants. Acting as the central point of accountability, I coordinated between executive leadership and site operations to deliver a sophisticated urban environment tailored to the needs of the modern tech ecosystem.
