Lone Star Business Park

AMG served as the Owner’s Representative for the ground-up development of Lone Star Business Park, a 62,000 SF industrial flex project in Buda, TX. My role involved overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initial site planning and permitting through construction and final delivery. Throughout the process, I was responsible for oversight, schedule management, and ensuring that all construction phases adhered to the owner's operational requirements.
